- Three year Quasi-Experimental Results Study for PRONADE, Guatemala's Ministry of Education Community Managed Schools, financed by the German Cooperation (KfW). It included research in 450 schools each year.
- Two year study to monitor the Ministry of Education's School Feeding Program, for the Centro de Investigaciones Economicas Nacionales. It included research in 150 rural schools each year.
- Mid-term evaluation of SHARE Guatemala PDRI Program. Included the analysis of the Program´s Health and Nutrition, Productive Resources and Community Organzation Components. Research was conducted in 256 rural communities.
- Administrative audit for the Ministry of Education of Guatemala (USAID). This Project, implemented in alliance with three more companies, required data collection in over 12,000 public schools in Guatemala and the data-entry, processing and analysis of over 110,000 forms.
Here are some of our projects in Technology
- Design and implementation of Guatemala´s Ministry of Education Educational Technology Project. It included the global design for the system (comprising over 200 LANs nation-wide) and the implementation and supervision for the first two years of the Project´s Pilot (24 LANs and over 500 computers installed).
- Technical design and supervision of the implementation of Universidad Rafael Landivar´s new campus network consisting of a Gigabit Ethernet Multi-layer solution for the University´s main campus.
- Analysis, design and supervision of the implementation of PRONADE´s Management Information System.
- Analysis, design and implementation of UCONIME´s Project Management System.
- Analysis, design and implementation of PRONADE´s NGO´s Prequalification System (RISE).
- Various data collection, entry, processing and analysis for different organizations such as Plan International, IDB, PRONADE, URL-IDIES, Aragón y Asociados, INCAE-Harvard, USAID Medir Project and others. Data processing from a few thousand to over 100,000 forms per project.
